Van Driver – Collections driver – Bridgwater - Start Friday 28th of November!
Are you an experienced van driver looking to join a well-known parcel distribution company? This role involves driving a 3.5T van to complete collections across Bridgwater and other areas of Somerset. You’ll be the friendly face collecting parcels, helping to keep the local community connected. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable client through Aligra, a trusted recruitment partner.

Key responsibilities:
* Safely operate a 3.5T van to complete collection routes across Bridgwater and Somerset.
* Handle parcels with care, ensuring accurate collections and safe delivery to customers
* Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any mechanical issues promptly
* Assist with loading and unloading parcels efficiently at various depots
* Comply with all road safety and company policies at all times
* Provide excellent customer service representing the parcel distributor’s brand
* Assist with other duties as required to support smooth operations
Monday to Friday: 08:30 start times.
What we’re looking for:
* Valid UK driving licence with entitlement to drive a 3.5T van
* Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
* Friendly and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues
* Willingness to assist with additional duties when necessary
