Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Van Driver to join our team in Leicetershire. The primary responsibility is to safely and efficiently transport goods to various locations while maintaining a high standard of service and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive a van to deliver goods to assigned locations in a timely manner.

Load and unload goods, ensuring items are securely packed and transported.
*
Perform daily vehicle inspections, maintaining cleanliness and basic maintenance of the van.
*
Follow the planned route and schedule, using GPS or maps for efficient navigation.
*
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status or potential delays.
*
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
*
Assist with customer service tasks if needed, including answering questions or resolving issues.
Qualifications:
*
Valid UK driving license.
*
Clean driving record with no major violations (NO DD, DG DR).
*
Must have held license at least 2 years
*
Excellent communication skills and customer service focus.
*
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Working Conditions:

Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as required.
*
Physical activity involved in loading/unloading cargo.
