Job description
We are growing our fleet and need reliable van drivers to start immediately! We have a fleet of vans ranging from small wheelbase to Luton size. Multiple positions available.
This is a Monday to Friday job.
NOT multi-drop, small wheelbase or Luton size van, small general Haulage job ( 2-3 runs per day).
Duties:
* Safely operate a commercial vehicle to transport goods and materials
* Load and unload cargo using appropriate manual handling techniques
* Plan routes and ensure timely delivery of goods
* Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members
* Perform routine maintenance on the van and report any mechanical issues
* Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
* Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
Requirements:
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
* Proven experience as a Delivery Driver 1 year minimum mandatory
* Commercial driving experience preferred
* Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
Compensation:
* Self-Employed: up to £140 per day
* PAYE position available as well.
* Van insurance and fuel card provided
