We are currently seeking dedicated Van Drivers to join our client’s team in Dagenham, Essex, for the collection and delivery of portable toilets. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company that values reliability and professionalism.
About the Role:
As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for transporting portable toilets to various locations, ensuring timely delivery and collection. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of service, working Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 4 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive a company van to collect and deliver portable toilets to designated sites.
• Ensure the safe loading and unloading of units, guaranteeing they are secured and free from damage during transit.
• Maintain an organized schedule to efficiently manage delivery and collection timelines.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle and report any maintenance issues to the management team.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients at delivery and collection points.
Requirements:
• Valid UK driving license with a clean driving record.
• Previous van driving experience preferred, particularly in the transport or logistics sectors.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to adhere to tight schedules.
• A reliable and professional demeanour, with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with our clients.
