Van Driver / Assembler – Wolverhampton Area
Pay: £12.50 per hour (£14.00 including holiday pay)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm (30-minute break)
Location: Wolverhampton
We’re currently recruiting on behalf of our client – a small, friendly, and growing business based in Wolverhampton – for Van Drivers / Assemblers to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent hours, a supportive work environment, and the chance to upskill.
Multiple roles available. Immediate starts possible.
🛠️ About the Role:
This is a varied, hands-on role involving:

Delivering fire doors to various sites using a company van
*
Manual handling and loading/unloading of fire doors (some heavy lifting required)
*
Supporting in the warehouse with general duties and assembly work
*
Working closely with a small, tight-knit team
Training & Progression:
The client is keen to invest in the right people and offers on-the-job training, including opportunities to develop skills in carpentry and door fitting.
Ideal Candidate:
*
Holds a full UK driving licence (essential)
*
Comfortable with physical work and manual handling
*
Reliable, punctual, and has a positive work ethic
*
Interested in developing practical trade skills
Pay & Benefits:

£12.50 per hour (or £14.00 including holiday pay)

Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
*
No weekend work
*
Ongoing work with potential for long-term placement
