Van Delivery Driver – Competitive Rates + Flexible Shifts
Location: Edinburgh and Lothians
Job Type: Ad-Hoc / Temporary
Pay: from £13 per hour + Holiday | Enhanced OT rate
Shifts: Dayshift
About the Role
Apex Resources, a trusted recruitment agency with a strong presence across Scotland, is currently looking for experienced Van Driver to join our growing team. Whether you're seeking flexible ad-hoc shifts or longer-term work with potential for permanent placement, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Van Driver, you’ll be responsible for
* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
* Load and unload goods, ensuring they are secured properly for transport.
* Deliveries and collections from customer premises and distribution centres
* Follow all policies related to safety and compliance during deliveries.
What You’ll Need
* Full UK 3.5t Driver licence (held for at least 12 months)
* Maximum of 6 penalty points
* No DD, DG, CD, IN, or DR convictions (insurance purposes)
