Senior Van / LCV Technician
Full time, Permanent
40 hours a week (Monday - Friday)
£40k - 45k

Description
Venatu Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a leading organisation to recruit an experienced Senior Van / LCV Technician for their site in West Yorkshire
We are looking for a confident and organised individual with previous LCV / Van mechanical experience to inspect and prepare vehicles for MOT and carry out vehicle diagnostics using range of diagnostic equipment.
Key Responsibilities for a Senior LCV Van Technician:
Carrying out routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on LCVs and Vans
Inspect and diagnose faults and completing mechanical and electrical repairs on LCVs and Vans
Repair and replace broken or defective parts ensuring LCVs and Vans are maintained in a safe and roadworthy condition
Maintaining accurate service and repair records
Attend breakdowns
Working in accordance with health and safety standards
Provide backup and support in other areas of the business as required.
Requirements:
A minimum 2 years proven experience working on Vans / LCV vehicles
NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Mechanics
A full current driving licence
Strong diagnostic and repair capabilities
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to prioritise day to day tasks working to deadlines
