A reputable construction firm based close to Redruth, Cornwall who has a very large fleet of vehicles is seeking a skilled Van Mechanic to join their team. You will need experience in repairing and servicing vans and other vehicles with strong mechanical knowledge. Duties
Work with the plant department and help make repairs to the fleet of vans and other vehicles
Diagnose mechanical issues
Repair and maintain vans at the workshop
Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate.Skills
Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools for mechanical repairs.
Experience in a previous role, especially working with vans.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.This is a great opportunity with a team who holds their staff. Progression will also be available. The role is Monday to Friday (no weekends)
