Are you a VDA/Estimator or similar with looking to join a local business who offer great working conditions, flexibility as well as on the job training, development and progression opportunities.
On offer is the exciting opportunity for a VDA/Estimator to join a well-respected and local business. In this role, the successful VDA/Estimator's main responsibilities include thoroughly inspecting accident-damaged vehicles to assess the full extent of damage, creating accurate repair estimates, and calculating the time and costs for repairs. They liaise with customers and insurance companies to manage expectations, provide updates, and negotiate repairs, ensuring work aligns with repair methods, budgets, and customer satisfaction goals.
The ideal Paint VDA/Estimator would have experience in a similar role, be eager to join a local and well-respected garage and keen to work on mainly vans.
