We’re looking for a Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join our supportive team in Chester. This is a great opportunity to be part of one of the UK’s largest accident repair groups, currently operating across 19 sites — and growing!
What You’ll Be Doing:
*
Accurately assessing vehicle damage and identifying the correct repair methods
*
Creating and managing estimates using industry-standard platforms
*
Liaising with customers and providing clear updates
*
Applying a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate assessments
What We’re Looking For:
*
Previous experience in a VDA or Estimator role
*
ATA accreditation is desirable (but not essential)
*
Strong communication and customer service skills
*
Good knowledge of estimating systems
