Job Description
Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) / Bodyshop Estimator.
Tewo Shifts Available
Both Monday-Friday | 40 Hours
Day Shift = £14.02 per hour (£29,161) + Circa 10% Bonus = £32,077
or Late Shift pay is higher : £15.42ph (£32,164) + Circa 10% Bonus = £35,380! We're offering a genuinely different opportunity for an experienced VDA to join a growing, well-equipped site where your skills are valued and your workload is straightforward.
This role is ideal for an appraiser who wants to focus purely on assessing vehicles-without the usual pressures of insurance companies or customer-facing responsibilities.

Accurately assess vehicle damage and determine repair methods
Produce detailed, computerised and manual estimates
Ensure repair timescales and costs are clearly defined
Work closely with technicians to ensure efficient and correct repair processes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recordsWhat we're looking for:
Experience as a VDA / Estimator / Vehicle Appraiser
Strong understanding of modern repair methods
Attention to detail and confidence in estimating systems
