VEHICLE COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATOR COMPANY OVERVIEW Our client is a successful and established Heating & Electrical company who are looking for an experienced Procurement Administrator (ideally within the Plumbing or gas heating sector or similar). They have an excellent reputation and are a Which Trusted Trader. The Procurement Administrator will assist all operational teams with purchase of materials, plant and services to ensure the operational efficiency of projects ensuring costs are managed. The role is instrumental in liaising and communicating with Engineers for the purchase of materials and services across all contracts from start to finish along with responsibilities and tasks that support processes in procurement. JOB PURPOSE The Vehicle & Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day to day running of our fleet, this will include various aspects such as arranging services, MOTs, repairs, insurance and vehicle inspections. In addition, you will also be responsible for day-to-day equipment co-ordination including organising calibration of equipment, basic inspections and making sure all engineers have the required equipment to complete their work task. You will be instrumental in communicating with our preferred garages, engineers, Health and Safety Compliance Specialist and the company Directors with regards to our company vehicles and equipment.  RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure servicing of company vehicles and annual MOTs to legal timescales Responsible for assisting with organising vehicle breakdowns, including recovery and repairs by liaising with our chosen garage and collecting all vehicles following repair work. Issue and maintaining fuel cards Organise annual insurance and road tax Conduct regular inspections and audits of all company equipment and vehicles to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Management of all plant and equipment, making sure items are calibrated within the timescale guidelines Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance schedules, and compliance reports via safety culture app. Prepare and present reports on compliance status and safety performance to senior management. Liaise with Management and Directors regarding repairs and equipment levels Report and detail any incidents involving equipment or vehicles Comply with the Company Health and Safety, Quality and Environment Policies at all times. Ensure all Company safety signs, labels, and instructions are appropriately displayed on equipment and vehicles.
