The Role
We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join the team in Tonbridge. You’ll be responsible for accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing repair estimates, and liaising with customers and insurance companies to ensure a smooth repair process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inspect and assess damaged vehicles to produce accurate repair estimates
* Use industry-standard estimating systems (e.g., Audatex)
* Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and insurers
* Ensure all work is carried out to high standards and complies with relevant guidelines
* Support the workshop team to ensure efficient repairs
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA)
* ATA accreditation (desirable but not essential)
* Strong knowledge of estimating systems (Audatex preferred)
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
