Join Our Client as a VDA / Estimator - Automotive in Southampton
Our client, a reputable and values-driven automotive collision repair centre based in Southampton, is seeking a skilled VDA / Estimator to join their busy team. As a key member of their service delivery, the VDA / Estimator will play a crucial role in providing accurate damage assessments and repair estimates, ensuring high-quality service for customers.

Conduct thorough physical and desktop inspections of damaged vehicles
Produce accurate repair estimates using Audatex or similar software
Liaise effectively with insurance companies, engineers, and policyholders
Prepare job cards for workshop staff and support the estimating process
Ensure all repair work is carried out safely and in accordance with company standards
Handle customer inquiries and manage complaints professionally
Carry out audits to uphold repair quality and complianceSpecification for the role:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or Estimator in a collision repair environment
Strong knowledge of accident damage assessment and repair estimating processes
Proficiency with Audatex or similar estimating software
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
Full UK driving licence (HGV licence beneficial but not essential)
Positive attitude, with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
