Vehicle Damage Assessor – £40,000 per annum (~£769 per week) – Bristol

Key responsibilities:

  * Assess vehicle damage in line with site guidelines to meet volume targets

  * Identify fast-track repairs and ensure accurate parts ordering

  * Review repair methodologies to ensure cost-effective solutions

  * Collaborate with policyholders and engineering teams on repair feasibility

  * Maintain compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company procedures

  * Achieve and embed standard methodologies and lean activities

What we’re looking for:

  * Previous experience in vehicle repair assessment or similar role

  * Knowledge of Thatcham repair methods, Audatex systems and ATA qualification preferred

  * Strong focus on accuracy, efficiency and compliance with industry standards
