Maximise upselling opportunities through effective customer interactions
Complete detailed damage estimates in a timely manner to meet company and manufacturer standards

Ensure all work reflects the company's quality assurance and professional image
Support the workflow of the repair process through precise documentation and communicationRequirements for the Vehicle Damage Assessor / VDA position:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor / VDA, preferably within an accident repair centre or dealership
Familiarity with Audatex or similar estimating software
ATA accreditation is preferred but not essential
Full UK driving licence
A motivated team player with a genuine desire to develop skills within vehicle repair estimations
Strong communication skills combined with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
