Opportunities for professional development and career advancementDuties as a Vehicle Damage Assessor:

Conduct accurate and thorough damage assessments as a Vehicle Damage Assessor
Engage with customers, insurance adjusters, and repair shops to evaluate vehicle damage
Create detailed repair estimates using industry-standard software such as Audatex
Negotiate and agree repair costs with insurers and manage repair processes
Oversee repair work ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
Communicate repair progress updates effectively to customers and stakeholders
Accurately document all activities in compliance with insurance regulations
Keep up-to-date with the latest in automotive systems and industry best practicesRequirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator
Proficiency in estimating damage costs, especially for large repairs
Experience using Audatex or similar estimating software
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle components
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in estimating and invoicing software
Understanding of insurance industry procedures and regulations
