Conducting detailed assessments of vehicle damage across structural, body, mechanical, electrical, and interior components as part of the Estimator/VDA position
Preparing accurate estimates including parts, labour, and repair costs
Completing insurance documentation with precise repair recommendations
Negotiating contracts with material and parts suppliers
Ensuring that all work meets manufacturer standards and customer expectations
Maintaining detailed records to support insurance claims and repair processes
Acting as a key point of contact for customers and colleagues, demonstrating excellent communication skillsRequirements:

Proven experience as an Estimator/VDA within a busy bodyshop environment
Proficiency with estimating software such as Audatex is essential
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities
Knowledge of manufacturer repair standards and ATA qualifications are advantageous
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
