Vehicle Damage Assessor
Location: Daventry
Salary: Up to £45,000
Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday
Extras: 33 Days Holiday, Bonus Scheme

Our client, a reputable body shop in Inverness, is seeking a talented Vehicle Damage Assessor / Vehicle Estimator to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities of a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Vehicle Estimator / VDA:
Accurately assess vehicle damage and create detailed repair estimates using Audatex software
Provide precise vehicle assessments and repair costings aligned with industry standards
Maximise profitability through professional upselling and efficient repair scheduling
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and concerns
Work closely with workshop teams to ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications
Maintain accurate documentation in line with industry compliance and standards
Support company profitability by ensuring efficiency and cost control
Skills and Qualifications for a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Vehicle Estimator / VDA
Essential:
ATA Qualified (Preferred) or equivalent (NVQ, IMI, SVQ)
Experience in a fast-paced accident repair or body shop environment
Strong understanding of vehicle repair methods and industry best practices
Proficient in using Audatex for vehicle estimating
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Team-oriented with a commitment to quality
