Vehicle Damage Assessor – Cheadle | £42,000 + Bonus
Location: Cheadle
Salary: £42,000 per annum + Bonus
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
We are currently working with a well-established and highly reputable body repair centre in the Cheadle area that is looking to recruit an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out accurate damage assessments using Audatex or similar estimating systems
*
Preparing and submitting repair estimates to insurers and customers
*
Liaising with technicians and parts departments to ensure a smooth repair process
*
Managing each repair from initial assessment through to completion
*
Delivering exceptional customer service throughout
Requirements:
*
Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor (minimum 2 years preferred)
*
ATA/VDA accreditation is advantageous but not essential
*
Strong technical knowledge of vehicle repair processes
*
Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills
*
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Package:

Basic salary of £42,000 per annum
