Group Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA)
📍 Location: Coventry, Birmingham, Warwick
💰 Salary: Up to £50,000+ per annum (depending on experience)
🗓 Hours: Monday to Friday (42.5 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct accurate damage assessments and prepare detailed repair estimates using Audatex
*
Liaise with customers, insurers, and workshop staff to ensure smooth repair processes
*
Provide expert advice on repair methods and maximise efficiency across jobs
*
Ensure all work meets industry standards and manufacturer guidelines
*
Maintain all documentation in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
*
Work collaboratively with the body shop and workshop teams to deliver top-quality service
What You’ll Need:
*
ATA Qualification (preferred) or equivalent: NVQ, IMI, SVQ
*
Previous experience as a VDA in a busy body shop or accident repair centre
*
Strong technical knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and estimation software
*
Proficiency in Audatex is essential
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
A customer-first approach and a commitment to high-quality service
