Key Responsibilities
Assess vehicle damage accurately and create repair plans
Collaborate with engineering teams and policyholders to ensure repair feasibility
Maintain compliance with all health and safety and company procedures
Achieve volume targets and identify fast-track repairs
Deliver outstanding customer service and clear communication
Requirements
Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or similar role
Knowledge of Thatcham repair methods, Audatex, and ATA qualification
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
