Job Description
Kolt are looking for an experienced VDA to join a well-established accident repair centre based in High Wycombe. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional team with a strong reputation for quality repairs and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Completing accurate vehicle damage assessments using Audatex or similar systems
* Producing detailed and precise repair costings and estimates
* Liaising with customers, insurers, and technicians to ensure repairs run smoothly
* Monitoring repair progress to ensure quality and efficiency
* Supporting the workshop team with technical knowledge and guidance
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a VDA/Estimator within an accident repair environment
* Strong understanding of bodyshop processes and repair methods
* ATA or equivalent VDA qualification preferred
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Proficient in Audatex or similar estimating software
Benefits:
* Salary between £45,000 - £55,000
