About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join our client’s team in Cannock. You’ll be responsible for accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing repair estimates, and liaising with both customers and insurance companies to ensure a smooth and efficient repair process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inspect and assess damaged vehicles to produce accurate repair estimates
* Use industry-standard estimating systems (e.g. Audatex)
* Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and insurers
* Ensure all work is carried out to high standards and in line with compliance requirements
* Support the workshop team to ensure repairs are completed efficiently
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA)
* ATA accreditation (desirable but not essential)
* Strong knowledge of estimating systems (Audatex preferred)
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
