Job Description

Are you an experienced Vehicle Detailer / Quality Controller seeking a new opportunity within a reputable company specialising in vehicle vinyl and PPF wrapping? 

Our client in Harlow, Essex, in recruiting for a dedicated Vehicle Detailer / Quality Controller. This position offers the chance to work within a professional and dynamic environment, contributing to high standards of vehicle presentation and quality.

Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Stable, full-time employment with ongoing projectsDuties of the Vehicle Detailer / Quality Controller:

Performing thorough decontamination washes prior to PPF installation
Carrying out three levels of machine polishing to ensure exceptional finish quality
Conducting quality control inspections on PPF applications (preferred but not essential)
Performing wet sanding where necessary to achieve surface perfection
Ensuring all work consistently meets the company’s high standards of quality and presentation as a Vehicle Detailer / Quality Controller
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment adhering to safety protocolsRequirements:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Valetor, Valeting, or Bodyshop Prepper / Polisher
Knowledge of PPF installation, machine polishing techniques, and wet sanding
Strong attention to detail with pride in delivering quality workmanship
Ability to conduct detailed quality control checks effectively
Good organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
