Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician or Automotive Mechanic looking for a fresh challenge in the Midlands?
We’re recruiting across Birmingham, Wolverhampton, and Coventry for permanent roles with main dealer groups and independent garages — all offering great pay, modern workshops, and career progression.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Carrying out vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance to manufacturer standards
*
Performing diagnostic checks and resolving mechanical and electrical faults
*
Ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently
*
Maintaining clear job cards and service records
*
Working within a professional, supportive motor trade workshop environment
What We’re Looking For:
*
Level 3 Vehicle Technician / NVQ / IMI qualified or equivalent
*
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability
*
Reliable, detail-focused, and able to work well in a team
*
MOT Tester licence preferred but not essential
What’s On Offer:

Base salary: £32,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience, diagnostics ability, brand credentials)
*
OTE/bonus opportunity: up to £45,000+ for high performers or those with advanced diagnostics/EV experience
*
Competitive basic plus bonus/OTE to reward skill and progression
*
Monday–Friday hours with occasional Saturday mornings
*

*
