Circa £30-34k Basic Salary + Bonus

5 Day Working Week - Weekends Included on Rota Basis and occasional Late Start/ Finish

With a reputation for excellence in both vehicle preparation and customer care, they are seeking a highly professional Vehicle Handover Manager to lead a small team of Handover Specialists and deliver an exceptional customer experience at the point of delivery.
This is a dual-role position that combines team leadership with a hands-on, customer-facing function, making it ideal for a confident automotive professional who can balance operational oversight with premium service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate a small team of Handover Specialists, ensuring consistent standards of preparation and customer care
*
Personally manage high-value customer handovers, delivering a polished, informative, and engaging experience
*
Conduct final inspections and quality checks to ensure vehicles meet showroom standards prior to delivery
*
Train, mentor, and support junior team members in delivering brand-aligned handover experiences
*
Liaise with internal departments (sales, workshop, valeting) to manage vehicle readiness timelines
*
Ensure all handover documentation, finance paperwork, and compliance requirements are completed accurately
*
Resolve last-minute delivery issues and maintain post-handover follow-up processes
*
Uphold a calm, professional demeanour, even under pressure, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
Candidate Profile:
*
Proven experience in a vehicle handover, delivery, or sales support role within the automotive sector
*
Previous supervisory or team-leading experience, ideally within a customer-facing environment
*
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach
*
Well-presented, articulate, and confident in delivering product feature demonstrations
*
Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
*
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working cross-functionally
*
Full UK Driving Licence (required)
