Job Description
The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Maintenance Administrator to join the team at EVRi Barnsley.
Hours: Monday to Friday 14:00-22:00, occasional Sunday work will be required
Pay: £12.42 per hour
Location: Barnsley, S74.
Job Type: Ongoing.
The role:
· General administration duties in relation to the management of commercial fleet.
· The generation of daily paperwork including, service and MOT sheets.
· Updating company trackers with services and MOTs completed. As well as planning future services and MOT.
· Tracking and Tracing company assets for services/MOTs.
· Weekly/Monthly file checks for accuracy and audit compliance.
· Ensuring that all assets follow the correct VOR process.
· Inputting data onto the company vehicle applications.
· Assisting with emails and answering customer queries.
· Ensuring that all filing has been completed at the end of the shift.
· The validation of vehicle compliance folders.
· Reviewing the standard and cost of minor repairs.
· Any other reasonable duties that are required for the department.
Requirements:
· PC literate with Microsoft applications.
· Experience supporting the management of large commercial vehicle fleet.
· Ability to work 2pm until 10pm along with occasional Sundays.
