Job Role: Vehicle Mechanic (Class 4/7)
Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire
Salary: £33,(Apply online only)-£40,(Apply online only) per annum (Overtime Available)
Hours: Monday-Friday (Flexible Hours: 08:00-17:00, 08:30-17:30, 09:00-18:00) – No weekends required

Interaction Recruitment has partnered with one of the UK's fastest-growing Class 4 & 7 motor vehicle traders and resellers. Due to substantial growth, we are seeking skilled vehicle mechanics to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Weekends: No required weekends, but available if desired

Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance, service, and repairs on Class 4 & 7 motor vehicles.
Conduct clutch changes, gearbox replacements, wheel alignments, engine fault diagnostics, and general motor works.
Collaborate with fellow mechanics and site members to ensure clear communication of repair time frames and effective customer quotations.
Attend necessary company training and development sessions.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a vehicle mechanic working on Class 4/7 vehicles.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Motor Vehicle Repair & Maintenance) are advantageous but not essential.
MOT certification is advantageous.
Team player with a willingness to grow and develop.
Proficient in vehicle diagnostics.
