Vehicle Paint Prepper – Walton-On-Thames - £30-35,000 DOE
Workforce Partners have an exciting opportunity for a skilled bodywork professional to join a well established company in the Walton-On-Thames area. Our client specializes in providing fine decorative finishes to a range of luxury clients throughout the Automotive, Marine, Aviation and other bespoke industries.
The ideal candidate for this role will have some experience in sanding/prepping and polishing a range of surfaces within a sector of the transport industry to a high level, with strong attention to detail and pride in their work.
Role/Responsibilities
•Work collaboratively within a team on a range of high end products
•Preparing a range of surfaces for paint including sanding and priming panels
•Follow and maintain processes to ensure a high quality finish and customer satisfaction
•Polishing finalized products to remove any imperfections
Experience/Attributes
•High attention to detail
•Understanding of the prep and polish process
•Ability to work as a team and individually, following instructions from the shop manager to maintain processes
