Are you an experienced Paint Technician looking for your next challenge? We're working in partnership with a highly respected car dealership to find a skilled individual with an eye for detail and a passion for perfect finishes.

The Role
As a Paint Technician, you’ll be responsible for carrying out high-quality paint repairs and refinishing work on a range of vehicles. Working with modern tools and premium paint systems, you’ll ensure every vehicle looks showroom-ready.
Key Responsibilities

Preparing vehicle surfaces for painting through sanding, masking, and priming
*
Mixing and matching paint to manufacturer specifications
*
Spraying vehicles and panels using spray guns and booths
*
Ensuring a flawless finish with attention to detail
*
Conducting quality checks and rectifying any imperfections
*
Adhering to health & safety and dealership standards
Candidate Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Paint Technician or Bodyshop Painter
*
Knowledge of water-based and solvent-based paint systems
*
Ability to colour-match and blend paint to a high standard
*
Capable of working efficiently under deadlines while maintaining quality
*
Relevant industry qualifications (ATA, NVQ, IMI, etc.) preferred but not essential
*
A team player with a professional attitude
