Vehicle Paint Technician
£41.5k - £45.5k Basic Salary + Bonus!
£20-£22ph Time Saving Bonus!
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm!
New Malden Area
We’re on the lookout for a skilled Paint Technician to join a busy, professional workshop team at a leading independent vehicle repair centre.
If you're confident with a spray gun, know your way around plastic repairs and fillers, and take real pride in a flawless finish — this one’s for you.

The Role:
* Prep, prime and spray damaged vehicles to a high standard
* Mix paints, colour match, and carry out plastic repairs
* Work with water-based products and top-quality tools
* Keep your workspace clean and follow all H&S procedures
* Liaise with other departments to keep jobs flowing smoothly
What You’ll Need:
* Proven experience as a vehicle sprayer / paint tech
* Confident with prep, paintwork and plastic repairs
* Strong attention to detail and colour matching skills
* Team player with a positive, professional attitude
