Are you an experienced Vehicle Preparation / PDI Technician seeking a new career opportunity with a reputable dealership in Worthing, West Sussex? 

Our client is looking for a dedicated professional to join their team as a Vehicle Preparation Technician. Competitive basic salary of up to £30,000 per annum
OTE of up to £35,000 with achievable bonuses

Preparing vehicles to meet dealership standards, ensuring quality and safety
Fitting tyres and performing semi-skilled technical tasks as required
Assisting with vehicle inspections and minor repairs
Maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment
Working efficiently to meet deadlines and dealership expectations
Ensuring all work is completed accurately and to a high standard
Supporting team members in daily workshop activitiesRequirements:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Preparation Technician or similar role
Strong tyre fitting skills and technical knowledge
Ability to work confidently at Level 2 Technician standards
Good organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Reliable and proactive attitude
