Job Description
Mobile SMART Repairer/Prepper required for our Client’s busy Accident Repair Business located UK Wide.
Working as a SMART Repairer/Prepper for our Client you can expect a salary of £33150 basic with an OTE of circa £37000 with the working hours of Monday To Friday Working Hours.

Preparing vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming surfaces
Polishing vehicles to achieve a high-quality finish
Performing SMART repairs on minor bodywork damage, such as scratches, dents, and scuffs
Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to manufacturer standards
Collaborating with the workshop team to meet productivity and quality targetsRequirements:
Previous experience as an Automotive Prepper, Polisher, or SMART Repairer in a busy bodyshop environment
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Experience working on a variety of vehicle makes and models
Recognised qualifications in vehicle preparation, polishing, or SMART repairs are advantageous but not essential – full training can be provided
A team player with excellent communication skills
