Vehicle Ramp Inspector - Nights
📍 Location: Grimsby
🕒 Hours: Monday-Thursday, 6pm-6am
💰 Salary: £37,321 - £41,207 (depending on experience)

🔍 What You'll Be Doing
As a Vehicle Ramp Inspector, you'll be the final checkpoint before vehicles hit the road. You'll carry out thorough mechanical inspections to ensure every car meets strict standards-whether it's entering the program or heading straight to a customer. You'll also have the opportunity to perform mechanical repairs when needed.
Your responsibilities will include:
Visual checks of keys, tyres, wipers, and lights (interior & exterior)
Under-bonnet inspections and listening for abnormal engine noises Underbody checks including brakes and suspension
Function testing of onboard systems and equipment
Running diagnostic checks to identify faults🧰 What You'll Bring
We're looking for detail-driven professionals with a passion for quality and safety. Ideally, you'll have:
Technician qualifications at Level 2 or above
At least 2 years of experience in a similar inspection or technician role
