We’re looking for a dynamic and ambitious Car Sales Executive ready to join a thriving dealership in South Croydon where success is rewarded and your earning potential is unlimited. This is your chance to work with an energetic, supportive team selling sought-after new and used cars — with all the training, tools, and career growth opportunities you need to smash targets and boost your income to £50k+ OTE!
What you’ll do:
* Sell new and used cars through a proven, structured process
* Help customers choose the right model, showcasing features and finance options
* Carry out engaging test drives that close sales
* Manage your diary and appointments effectively
* Keep customer records updated quickly and accurately
* Maintain a smart, professional appearance at all times
What we’re looking for:
* Ideally 2+ years’ car sales experience (but ambitious newcomers will be considered)
* A full UK driving licence is essential
* Professional, confident, and customer-focused
* Excellent communication skills and a hunger to hit targets
What’s on offer:
* Basic salary £21k–£27k + OTE £50k–£60k
* Monday–Saturday 8:30am–6pm, with Sunday and one weekday off
