Job Description
We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive Volume Main Dealership, who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Chippenham area.
Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.
Benefits:
Starting basic salary £30,000+ per annum, pending experience and current earnings
Performance related bonus scheme of £3,000+ per annum.
30 days annual leave (including the bank holidays).

Working hours from 8:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday, with 1 in 2 Saturdays, 8:00am-1:00pm.Requirements:
A working experience within a Service Advisor role
The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
Strong IT capability.
Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database SoftwareDuties of role:
Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle
Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
Update Customers and Vehicle Records
Prepare and complete Invoices
Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed
Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requires
Upsell on potential products and services whenever possible.For your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £30,000 with OTE of circa £33,000.
