Vehicle Technician - £29,000 to £45,800 + Bonuses + Benefits

Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Additional Pay: Saturdays paid as overtime + Over-performance bonus

£1,500 Sign-On Bonus (paid in Month 1)
£1,500 Retention Bonus (paid in Month 13)I'm currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a well-established main dealer that's looking to expand its workshop team with skilled and experienced Vehicle Technicians.
This role plays a key part in delivering a high-quality customer experience, built on trust, professionalism, and first-time fixes. As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnostic work, repairs, and vehicle servicing, from routine maintenance to more complex repairs.
What We're Looking For:
A formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
Hands-on experience as a Vehicle Technician
MOT licence (preferred but not essential)
Your own tools
A full UK driving licenceWhat's on Offer:
