Job Description
An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician/Vehicle Mechanic within a reputable local employer located in Horley.
Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.
Benefits:
Competitive basic salary up to £35,000
Realised OTE of up to £38,000 with bonuses and overtime
Monday to Friday working hours, 08:30 am to 17:30pm (some flexibility available)

Regular training including MOT and EV certifications with industry leadersDuties:
Diagnosing and reporting vehicle faults accurately
Conducting Service, Maintenance, and Repairs, including cambelts and clutches on a variety of vehicles and light vans
Performing MOT tests according to DVSA standards, ensuring vehicles’ safety and compliance
Communicating test results clearly to customers and maintaining precise records
Always adhering to health and safety standardsRequirements:
Level 3 NVQ or equivalent qualification; time-served experience is highly valued
Proven experience working on different makes and models, including vans and fleet vehicles
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
Full UK Driving Licence (preferably clean)
Enthusiasm for ongoing learning and development, with a positive attitude towards training opportunitiesThe salary of this role is up to £35,000 basic with an OTE of £38,000.
Hours of work for this Vehicle Technician role are Monday to Friday working hours, 08:30 am to 17:30pm.
