Vehicle Technician – Main Dealership
North West London
£26,000 – £42,000 basic (DOE) + £10,000 realistic bonus
Full Time | Permanent | Monday to Friday (8am–6pm) + 1 in 3 Saturdays
The Role
We’re recruiting on behalf of a busy main car dealership in North West London, looking for a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join their workshop team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Level 3 qualified Technician who takes pride in their work, enjoys a supportive environment, and wants to earn a great income with achievable bonuses.

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to the highest standards
* Ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately within manufacturer guidelines
* Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Workshop Control
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicles, systems, and manufacturer processes
* Deliver excellent customer service that promotes loyalty and referrals
* Work collaboratively within the workshop team while keeping a strong attention to detail
Your Background & Skills
* Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician (essential)
* Previous experience working in a main dealership or independent workshop
* Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving ability
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Full UK Driving Licence required
* Able to work efficiently to deadlines while maintaining high standards
