Vehicle Technician – Top Independent Garage | £55k–£60k+ OTE
Location: Worthing
Basic Salary: £45,000–£50,000
Bonus: £10,000 profit-share (paid quarterly!)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30–5:30 (40 hrs) | Overtime Available
Team: 4 Techs | 5 Ramps | Your Own Workstation

The Role

You’ll be one of the go-to technicians in the business, trusted with:

  * Diagnostics, servicing, repairs & maintenance

  * Your own ramp, your own space, your own standards

  * Getting involved with MOT repairs (and MOT testing if qualified)

  * Delivering top-quality workmanship for a customer base that genuinely values the garage

  * Continued development — everyone is encouraged to get their MOT card, fully funded
