Job Description

Valenti Recruitment are recruiting for a highly successful, long-established automotive business with multiple sites across the North West. We are supporting them with the launch of their Wirral site, which includes a modern workshop and over 250 used vehicles.

This is a rare opportunity for a Level 3 Technician to join a growing, stable and well-respected organisation known for quality workmanship and strong staff development.

The Role – Motor Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3)

You will carry out:

  * 

    Vehicle diagnostics and fault finding

  * 

    Repairs and replacement of damaged or worn components

  * 

    Routine servicing and maintenance to manufacturer standards

  * 

    Road testing vehicles to confirm repair quality

  * 

    Fitting and servicing vehicle accessories

You will work closely with a supportive team and maintain high standards across all work undertaken.

Salary, Hours and Benefits

  * 

    Basic salary: £35,000

  * 

    Uncapped monthly bonus: OTE £42,500+

  * 

    Hours: Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:30pm

  * 

    Alternate Saturday mornings

  * 

    Overtime available (optional)

  * 

    Company car after 6 months

  *

Requirements

  * 

    NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds equivalent (essential)

  * 

    Full UK driving licence (essential)

  * 

    Strong diagnostic capability

  * 

    Ability to work to a high technical standard

  * 

    Reliable, motivated and able to work well in a team

  * 

    Positive attitude with willingness to learn and develop

  * 

    Good communication skills

  * 

    Commitment to health and safety and quality standards

You will be confident in diagnostics and problem solving, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately. You must take pride in your work and be committed to maintaining high standards of service and vehicle quality
