An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician/Vehicle Mechanic within a well-established, reputable brand located in Portsmouth.
Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Vehicles
Identify non-routine defects and faults either in the workshop or during vehicle road tests.
Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest of standards
Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults.
Offer technical advice and support to workshop apprentices
Provide a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and efficient service to all colleagues and workshop customersRequirements:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealer or franchise environment
A Fully Qualified Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
A Current and Valid UK Driving License

Your job as a Vehicle Technician will be your passion and you will enjoy all aspects of your work.The salary of this role is up to £41,000 basic with OTE of £46,000.
Hours of work for this Vehicle Technician role are Monday - Friday 8:00 - 17:00 with 1-in-3 Saturdays 8:00 - 13:00, paid at overtime rate.
