Staplehurst, Tonbridge | Up to £45,000 + Bonus | Monday-Friday
Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician looking to join a forward-thinking, well-equipped, and genuinely supportive workshop? Our client - a highly respected, family-run prestige dealership - is expanding and now looking for a skilled Technician to join their brand-new Service Centre in Staplehurst.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with modern facilities, new equipment, and a team that prides itself on quality, professionalism, and outstanding customer care.

The Role
You'll be part of a passionate and collaborative workshop team, carrying out high-quality diagnostics, repairs, and servicing on a variety of vehicles. Duties include:
Using diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults
Conducting detailed inspections of mechanical components
Performing servicing and repairs to the highest standards
MOT testing (if qualified)
Road testing vehicles to ensure fault-free performance
Communicating technical information clearly and professionally
Maintaining great customer service to encourage repeat business
Managing parts stock and contributing to workshop efficiency
Keeping up to date with new technology and best practices
Ensuring a clean, safe, and organised working environment
About You
NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) - preferred
MOT Tester qualification - advantageous
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail with a commitment to quality
Full UK Driving Licence - essential
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
