Vehicle Technician North Bristol (NO WEEKENDS + UNCAPPED BONUS)🔧🚗
We’re looking for a skilled Service / Mechanical Technician to join our client’s busy dealership team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a great team and a variety of vehicles - while enjoying a Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends!) and delivering high-quality service.
🔹 What You’ll Do
Carry out routine servicing, mechanical repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles
Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults efficiently and accurately
Complete vehicle health checks and maintain clear service records
Work closely with Service Advisors and colleagues to ensure smooth workflow
Keep the workshop safe, clean, and compliant with manufacturer standards
🔹 What We’re Looking For
NVQ Level 2/3 in Light Motor Vehicle Repair (MOT licence or EV training is a bonus)
Solid mechanical repair and servicing experience
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Team player with good communication skills
Proactive approach to learning new technologies and processes
