Automotive Technician / Vehicle Technician

📍 Aldershot area – Modern, quality-focused independent garage

Are you a capable, reliable technician who takes pride in doing the job properly — no shortcuts, no drama? We are a well-established, high-quality independent garage with a reputation for straightforward, honest workmanship and a calm, no-nonsense working environment.

What the Role Involves

  * Diagnosing, servicing and repairing a wide range of vehicles to high standards

  * Working alongside an experienced technician team — sharing knowledge and supporting each other

  * Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop

  * Delivering effective repairs and maintenance, with care for quality and safety

  * Customer-facing when needed: discussing necessary work clearly and fairly, delivering vehicles in excellent condition

What We’re After

  * Solid experience as a vehicle technician / mechanic (main-dealer, independent or equivalent)

  * A skilled, methodical mindset — you do things properly and take pride in your work

  * Honesty, reliability and a mature, no-drama attitude

  * Good communication: able to explain work needed clearly, and work with customers and colleagues respectfully

  * A willingness to work as part of a friendly, collaborative garage team
