Vehicle Mechanic
Location: Toyota Bromley
 Salary: Up to £45,000 basic + uncapped OTE (£20,000+)
 Hours: Monday–Friday 08:30–17:30 | 1 in 3 Saturdays 08:00–13:00 (paid at 1.5x)
 Extras: £2,000 joining bonus + guaranteed bonus during annual leave
 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

If you’re confident with diagnostics, repairs, servicing and hybrid systems—or want to develop in these areas—this is an excellent opportunity with a leading Toyota retailer.

 You’ll work with the latest tools and technology in a modern workshop, supported with manufacturer training and real career progression opportunities.

 Key Responsibilities
Carry out vehicle diagnostics, servicing and repairs

Complete maintenance, software updates, and hybrid/EV work

Road test vehicles and complete quality checks

Maintain accurate job documentation and follow safety standards

Support junior technicians and apprentices

Work efficiently to achieve productivity and first-time fix targets

What We’re Looking For
Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician (or equivalent)

Strong experience in diagnostics, repairs and servicing

High attention to detail with a commitment to quality

Confident working towards workshop productivity targets

Willingness to develop hybrid/EV expertise

Full UK driving licence
