Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within a leading franchise-approved Car Dealership, located in Bristol.

Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

Benefits:

Starting salary up to £35,000 per annum (negotiable pending experience/qualifications)
Uncapped efficiency-based bonus scheme providing a potential on-target-earnings around £41,000 per annum. 
Overtime paid at time and a half rate.
23 days annual leave plus the 8 bank holidays, rising to 25 over the length of your service.

Conducting Servicing/Repairs to a variety of Vehicles
Adhering to both Manufacturer & Health & Safety Guidelines
Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults.
MOT Testing
Documenting information about Servicing & Repairing – ensuring it meets company policies.Requirements:

At least an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
Dedicated and committed approach.
Your job as a Vehicle Technician will be your passion and you will enjoy all aspects of your work.
You should have your own tools.
Full UK Driving LicenceThe salary of this role is up to £35,000 basic with OTE of £41,000.

Hours of work in this Vehicle Technician role are Monday to Friday, with 1-in-4 Saturdays 8:30am-2:00pm, paid as overtime.
