Job Description

Our client, a reputable franchise-approved car dealership in Swansea, is actively seeking a fully qualified Vehicle Technician to join their busy Service Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional looking to develop their career within a supportive and well-established dealership environment.

Monday to Friday working hours, 8:30am-5:30pm, with no weekends required.Duties of the Vehicle Technician:

Conduct fault diagnosis, vehicle servicing, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards.
Accurately identify faults and determine appropriate solutions.
Report on vehicle condition, safety, reliability, and performance to the Service Controller.
Adhere strictly to quality procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
Maintain a high standard of work within a busy franchise environment.
Assist in achieving team targets and provide excellent customer service.Requirements:

Fully qualified Vehicle Technician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent as a minimum.
At least 1-2 years of post-qualification experience within a main dealer setting preferred.
Hold a valid UK driving licence with minimal points.
Motivated team player with a professional attitude and attention to detail.
Ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
