Opportunities for career progression through manufacturer accreditation and ongoing trainingDuties as a Vehicle Technician:
Conduct comprehensive vehicle servicing and maintenance tasks, including fluid changes and component replacements
Perform diagnostic assessments and warranty repairs accurately and efficiently
Complete digital job cards and detailed reports for all work performed
Carry out electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) to ensure vehicle safety and reliability
Adhere to safety standards and manufacturer procedures during all tasks
Maintain a tidy, safe, and organised workshop environment
Support team members and uphold high standards of quality and customer serviceRequirements:
Recognised Level 3 qualification (such as IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic, including warranty work and routine servicing
Strong diagnostic skills and good knowledge of vehicle systems
MOT licence is highly desirable; full training can be provided if not currently qualified
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
